Our live, 30-minute classes transport you to a global gym, where you get to learn and move with others from around the world. We offer 10 different classes each week, which are taught by 7 instructors from a variety of countries and cultures in three different languages. And it all happens in real time. Now-ing

Practiced sitting, recapitulation is a technique of reflecting on and inquiring about our thoughts, feelings and actions with the purpose of knowing ourselves more deeply. It helps us reclaim our power and vitality by reviewing past interactions. Through recapitulation, we reformulate our perceptions of life events so that we can be freer in our bodies and minds. Watch these free Recapitulation videos!

Gathering Energy

Practiced standing, the Gathering Energy exercises mobilize all the joints in your body. The movements are fun to practice, and generate an overall feeling of vitality and fluidity. We practice with music and with or without weights. Classes end with five minutes of silence to connect with the Intent of this class: To Gather Energy! Watch these free Gathering Energy videos!

Keys for Wellbeing

Practiced lying down and sitting, the Keys for Wellbeing Intent to awaken three important parts of ourselves: Our purpose, our Confidence and our Humbleness. The focus is on core strength and stability, promoting, at the same time suppleness in your spine. The Code

Practiced lying down, the ancient seer’s code is a particular rearrangement of energy passes that has the effect of breaking the continuity of the linear mind. At the physical level, The Code strengthens the large muscles of the limbs and abdomen, increases motor coordination and develops focal attention. At the mind and perceptual levels, The Code causes a unique state of Silent Knowledge.

Silence, Sword and Breathing Forms

Three different sequences of movements: Moving into Silence, practiced standing and slowly; The Sword Form, practiced standing with energy and focus; and The Breathing Form, designed to stretch all the muscles in your body as you breathe and gently move sitting on your mat.
