In these classes, we will collect specific events in our lives to stir the stored energy within us—energy left behind, forgotten, yet still active. Each event holds energy that has been displaced, stored in the body, waiting to be reclaimed. As we unlock and free what is held in these moments, we access the wisdom and magic within them, recovering more of who we are.

Gathering our experiences is an act of seeing: a pattern begins to emerge—a roadmap laid out by Infinity. We begin to sense that something has always been guiding us. The invitation is to recognize it, align with it, and consciously participate in the unfolding of our lives.

What is it about?

This series is about seeing our lives as energy in motion: to move beyond victories and defeats and see our stories as the opportunities to know ourselves as infinite energy. Through inner silence, movement, breath, and recapitulation practices, we will identify key moments that have shaped us—not to dwell on them, but to notice the presence of a force that has been guiding, directing, and enhancing our paths.

As we gather and refine our “album of memorable events,” we access a deeper intelligence that allows us to reorient our lives with daring and purpose. The story of how things began does not determine how they will end. We can participate in that unfolding, keeping memories alive, our gratitude towards those who favor us, our love for this life, our Intent intact.

Through recapitulation, we gain the detachment to see clearly—to acknowledge what we owe, settle our debts, and experience genuine gratitude and affection for those who have shaped our path —just before we take off into the unknown.

What to bring to class?

Please have the following items ready for each class:

A mat
A large blanket
A large towel
Comfortable clothing
A glass of water
A pen and a notebook for writing
Something alive nearby, such as a plant or flowers
Turn your phone off and create the space to be fully present for the 90 minutes of class

All classes are recorded and available for one year after the date of purchase.

All classes are 90 minutes in length and simultaneously translated from English into Spanish, Russian, and Italian at no extra cost.

Who is guiding this Series?

Movement Awareness for Lifelong Vitality

For more than 40 years, Aerin Alexander has taught movement as a pathway to health, vitality, and self-awareness. A kinesiologist, somatic educator, dancer, writer, and international workshop leader, she holds a Master of Exercise Science and a second Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology.

A certified Feldenkrais® Practitioner since 2004, Aerin is also certified in Yoga, Gyrotonic®, and Sounder Sleep System®, and is currently completing her training as a Pilates instructor. Her work reflects decades of study and teaching across multiple movement disciplines, integrating scientific understanding of biomechanics and nervous system function with refined practices that support learning through movement and the development of embodied awareness.

Aerin is the founder and director of Being Energy®, where she shares the practices she learned during her apprenticeship with Carlos Castaneda and the knowledge of shamans from ancient Mexico. For the past 17 years, she has guided the ongoing weekly Path with Heart classes.

Through her classes and workshops, Aerin helps people restore balance, self-organization, and inner confidence, supporting the development of self-knowledge and the ability to direct their lives with clarity and purpose.
