The way your feet connect to the earth and how you stand affects your spine, breathing, your posture, your thinking, and your emotions. Awareness of how you stand can bring clarity and alignment to the spine. Ground forces can support your uprightness and make your daily activities effortless.

Join these seven live online classes to learn and practice sequences of movements that strengthen your ankles and calves, release unnecessary tension in your toes, and create a powerful stance from which to walk and live your life.

Are you standing clearly and effortlessly? Do you have your feet “well planted on earth”? 

 

Join these classes to know how you stand so you can make the changes you need to free your joints and strengthen your musculoskeletal system.

 

The exercises restore the connection of the feet with the knees and hips, creating clear pathways for ground forces to move through, enhancing your bone mass, and supporting your trunk and head from underneath.  

 

Once the feet-hip connection is established, the spine can release unnecessary effort created by the fear of falling. 

 

As we live longer in this planet we want to experience support from natural forces to move with ease, gentelness and grace.

 

I will guide you to experience a clear and powerful stance in yourself and in your life.

Who is guiding this training?

Aerin Alexander is a kinesiologist, somatic educator, dancer, writer, and international workshop leader with more than 40 years of experience teaching movement as a pathway to health, vitality, and self-awareness. She holds a Master of Exercise Science and a second Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology.

A certified Feldenkrais® Practitioner since 2004, Aerin is also certified in Yoga, Gyrotonic®, and Sounder Sleep Therapy®, and is currently completing her training as a Balance Body Pilates instructor. Her work reflects decades of study and teaching across multiple movement disciplines, bringing together scientific understanding of biomechanics and nervous system function with ancient practices that support learning through movement.

Through her classes and workshops, Aerin helps people restore balance, flexibility, coordination, and strength, and learn practical ways to integrate these improvements into everyday life.

Her work is deeply informed by her studies with Carlos Castaneda and a lineage of shamans from Ancient Mexico, blending modern somatic education with powerful ancestral practices.
