Live Online Class – PWH cycle 60

Dare to Love

February 8 – April 5, 2026 – Sundays at 10:00 a.m. PT

Dare to Love is a nine-class Path with Heart cycle dedicated to entering states of Dreaming—learning to sustain attention with fluidity, sobriety, and awe. The practices include Not-doing, as well as movement and breath sequences performed sitting or lying down, designed to restore balance and support the parasympathetic state of calm alertness.

From a centered inner place, we will examine our behaviors around money, power, and sex, resolving unfinished entanglements and long-held misinterpretations. Sexual energy is our vital force—meant to be bound to intent and directed toward growth and towards love, to truly love ourselves, others, and life.

These ancient teachings lead us inward, to the act of seeing who we are at an essential level, pure vibration, so we may act accordingly to a more authentic and aligned place.

This cycle is an invitation to dare to be fully alive; to dare to know yourself; to dare to be present and strong while facing daily challenges—becoming the driver of your own life by engaging Dreaming states, both awake and asleep, in the service of your journey and awakening. Readings from The Sorcerers’ Crossing by Taisha Abelar and The Art of Dreamingby Carlos Castaneda will be woven throughout the classes.

"Warriors don’t venture into the unknown out of greed. Greed works only in the world of ordinary affairs. To venture into the unknown, one must have something greater than greed: love. One needs love for life, for intrigue, for mystery. One needs unquenchable curiosity and guts galore." - Carlos Castaneda

Each class includes 45 minutes of energy passes—movement practices with breath and music—followed by recapitulation and dreaming exercises to recapture your energy and attention, dissolve entanglements, and envision new possibilities. We close by sharing in community, offering and receiving support. Path with Heart is meant for people who want to change and grow, for practitioners who dare to love.
