Live Online Class – PWH cycle 58

Stopping the World

September 21 to November 16 – Sundays at 10:00 a.m. PT

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to pause the noise of daily life, and truly see—yourself, others, and the world—beyond limiting patterns and roles?

Join us to stop the world and interrupt the ordinary flow of thoughts, habits, and interpretations so you can awaken to new possibilities.

Inspired by Carlos Castaneda’s Journey to Ixtlan, this 9-class series offers practices to quiet the inner dialogue, release limiting stories, and step into physical vitality, mental clarity, and fluidity of perception. We will explore the difference between “seeing” and merely looking—perceiving others, and ourselves, without projections, defenses, or blame. Through guided exercises, energy movements, and reflection, you’ll learn to “erase the personal” from your history, expand your possibilities for understanding past experiences, and cultivate presence in the here and now. You can update the narratives that limit your growth, using thoughts that dance, and embodying the warrior’s mood of thankfulness and wonder.

Each class is an invitation to reclaim your presence, your joy, and your ability to think without noise. The classes are open to all who wish to awaken new possibilities for thinking and action and who long to transform their lives.

"A Warrior must learn to make every act count, since he is going to be here in this world for only a short while, in fact, too short for witnessing all the marvels of it." - Carlos Castaneda, Journey to Ixtlan

These nine classes weave together gentle yet powerful movements with conscious breathing to awaken the body’s energy and deepen awareness. Through the practice of energy passes, we learn to sense the flow of our inner states—how we move, think, and act—and to shift patterns that no longer serve us. By slowing down and paying attention, we open space for discovery and renewal, for ‘new”. Instead of being caught in repetitive thoughts or dulled perceptions, we begin to experience heightened clarity, expanded understandings, and a more fluid way of being.
