Ten years ago, Crisólogo Chávez Zárate, a Being Energy instructor and transpersonal psychology therapist, began offering weekly classes and practices in his hometown of Morelia, Michoacán, Mexico, to a few people. Over time, the group grew larger, and the topics explored and practiced became deeper. Today, the group is still more active than ever, celebrating its anniversary of practices, mutual support, and personal growth in the community.
