I weave my experience as a Feldenkrais® practitioner and a dancer to support you in waking up sensory proprioception from your feet up when exercising barefoot. Improve your stability and mobility by moving slowly and kindly, enhancing sensitivity and range of motion, promoting emotional balance and creative thinking.
