Do you want to walk with ease? Run faster and get better at your sport? Dancers and singers of all styles, this class is for you. It focuses on the feet’ strength, flexibility, and healing. I weave my experience as a Feldenkrais® practitioner and a dancer to support you in waking up sensory proprioception from your feet up when exercising barefoot. Improve your stability and mobility by moving slowly and kindly, enhancing sensitivity and range of motion, promoting emotional balance and creative thinking. Your brain loves being stimulated through movement, breath, and awareness. Gently and at ease, bring your heart where your feet are.

In our weekly live online Sunday classes, we immerse ourselves in the shamanistic practices of breath and movement that Castaneda taught me. You reflect on past experiences and rescue the wisdom behind them. You identify steps of action to fulfill your goals and dreams. Each class presents a specific premise of the large body of knowledge of the shamans of ancient Mexico. You will engage in deep thought and creative ways of understanding yourself and your life. The safe environment invites you to share honestly and openly, listening from within.

Somatic breathing practices are used to let go of unnecessary stress.

This classes focusses in breathing and lenghtening all your body tissues: all of yoruself! Somatic ancient practices offer powerful tools to let go—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Through floor-based movement sequences, you release fascia entanglements and free the musculoskeletal system, allowing the body to move with ease again. Emotions are invited to flow through breath and sensation, gently acknowledged without resistance. As you reset your nervous system and return to the natural breath, the lungs and chest expand, restoring calm and presence. These mindful practices cultivate awareness and elevate consciousness, grounding you in the moment while opening space for healing and transformation.

In-person Classes

At my studio in Hawaii, deep breathing and mindful sequences offer a powerful way to calm and reset the mind. With each exhale, stress melts away as the body softens and fascia gently lengthens. Your nervous system attunes to the natural sounds of birdsong, and you notice subtle shifts—you stand up aligned with the group, you feel less weight in your shoulders, your joints decompress, less pain and inflammation, and a sense of pleasure and breath expansion. As you exhale, you restore your natural breath rhythms, expanding your trunk, releasing compression around veins, arteries, and nerves. Your blood flows, your internal organs regain movement, and you rebuild your calm and presence. Join this beautiful class!
