With BE Teacher, you gain access to everything included in the BE Practitioner membership, plus four on-demand Teacher Trainings. These in-depth trainings feature dozens of instructional videos and materials to deepen your practice and empower you to teach others. This membership also includes a private session with Aerin Alexander, offering personalized guidance and mentorship. Whether you’re a practitioner ready to teach or already a Certified BE Teacher looking to enhance your skills, BE Teacher provides the structure and inspiration to support your growth as a leader in Being Energy teachings.

BE Warrior

$89 per month – Live online + over 250 Class Recordings

BE Warrior is the most comprehensive membership, offering all the recorded classes from BE Practitioner plus all three ongoing live online classes: Feet to Heart, Appointments with Inner Silence, and Path with Heart. You’ll also get access to all previous recordings of Path with Heart classes from 2023 onwards. Two private coaching sessions with Aerin Alexander per year are included to deepen your personal practice and transformation. This immersive experience is designed for seasoned practitioners committed to long-term practice, community engagement, and personalized support from a master teacher.

What Each Class Includes

  • Classes vary in length and content.
  • All classes include movement and breath sequences and focus on a specific theme and intention.
  • Teacher Trainings and Path with Heart Classes include a lecture and elucidation on premises for vitality, longevity, and self-awareness rooted in ancient teachings and modern science.
  • Some classes include guided explorations, recapitulation, and dreaming practices.

  3. After checking out, you will find all materials on your account (My Orders). 
  4. Membership is a one-year commitment. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will lose access to all videos, live classes, and materials.

Who guides the classes

Most of the classes are guided by Aerin Alexander, creator and director of the Being Energy® Methodology. To read more about Aerin, click here

Tom Reavley guides the Silence classes, and some of the Vitality and Movement classes are guided by other Being Energy® Teachers.
