Nine Weekly Live Online Classes

Every Sunday we meet online to practice being present through movements, breathing and mindfulness techniques that awaken body awareness and expand perceptual possibilities.

 

The shamanistic practices support you in shifting from feeling stuck and disconnected to finding fluidity and connecting to the life force within you. Once in alignment, it is easier to balance thoughts and feelings and to discover strategies for responding to life demands with daring and purpose.

 

We utilize energy passes, music, imagery, dance forms, meditation, and self-reflection exercises to foster states of openness and receptivity. Group support and inspiration are the most precious part of this program!

In these special series, we further explore the concepts of the Known, Unknown, and Unknowable that Don Juan Matus presented to Carlos Castaneda. We invite you to question, discover, and integrate concepts to support your practice and to experience presence, clarity of mind, and openness. We present these classes with deep gratitude towards Castaneda, his colleagues, and to the community of practitioners around the world. Each class develops a specific theme to entice higher thinking and to shift the assemblage point to the heart center.

The Known: Knowledge as Personal Power

February 9 to April 6, 2025

In these nine live online classes, we engage in practices to discover what we know about ourselves and the world around us. We will learn about our balance and posture and how to reorganize our musculoskeletal integrity for optimal functioning and longevity. We will also question the ideas and beliefs we uphold, including the ideas presented in Carlos Castaneda’s books about personal power and knowledge. We will further participate in group discussions to enhance our ability to listen to different points of view, and think abstractly and creatively. (Read more)

The Unknown: Who am I?

April 20 – June 22, 2025

The Chacmool as a deity in a human form, receives offereings from the divine on the bowl he holds in his belly. He also carries a large butterfly along his chest, expanding his heart center, and a band of stars on his forehead, using his prefrontal lobe for higher and abstract thoughts. The Chacmool is an invitation to see ourselves as vessels for higher purposes. In these nine live online classes,  we practice specific sequences of breath, thinking, and movement, intending to restore neurological balance and proprioception to enhance our ability to engage with the unknown with presence and daring wholeheartedly.

The Unknowable in Everday Life

July 20 – September 14, 2025

In these nine live online classes, through dreaming and silence practices, we intend temporary suspension of the boundaries of ordinary reality to access deep levels of awareness, tapping into the unknowable, expanding the experience of being alive, and infusing our lives with purpose and direction. To refer to the realm of the ‘unknowable, Carlos Castaneda used the term “nagual,” the underlying reality behind our perceived world of the tonal that interconnects all sentient beings, the source of knowledge and power, accessed through shamanistic rituals. Each series includes

– Nine live online 90 minutes webinars with seasoned international practitioners

 

 – Weekly assignments between webinars to review and expand on the material taught

 

– Daily access to all class videos and materials in your private account

 

 – Participation in the Private Email Group to communicate amongst participants and where we post assignments and offer feedback

 

– Optional participation in study groups called Harmony Teams (2 participants)

 

– Or in Energy Groups (3 or 4 class participants) to review class materials and support each other’s projects. You meet during the week in between classes.

Each webinar includes

  • Lecture and elucidation on the ancient seers cognitive system.
  • Guided explorations, recapitulation, or reflections on the themes presented.
  • Movement, breath and mindfulness practices in indifferent orientations and speeds.

  • Small group sharing in Zoom break-up rooms.

  • Large group sharing and feedback.

  • In some occasions, live performances of music and Theater of Infinity.

Who is guiding these classes?

Classes are co-created and facilitated by Aerin Alexander in cooperation with the Spirit of the shamans of ancient Mexico and Don Juan’s lineage. Selected guest presenters are also invited at different times.

 

Classes are simultaneously translated to Spanish, Russian and Italian. See more info below.

Class Recordings

All classes are recorded in four languages, and you have access to the recordings 24/7 for up to one year from the registration date.

Sometimes, we do record participants’ feedback. If you prefer to not be recorded, please let us know.

We required all to participate in at least half of the LIVE online classes with the camera on to serve to build the group energy and awareness. 

Class Languages

All classes are conducted in ENGLISH with simultaneous translation into Spanish, Russian and Italian languages. Simultaneous translation is conducted via Zoom. Please read our FAQS first for detailed instructions.
