Nine Weekly Live Online Classes
Every Sunday, we meet online to engage in mindful and revitalizing movements, breathing, and silence practices to restore centerness, expand sensorial awareness, and reflect on interesting topics, joining discussions and group sharings.
The shamanistic practices support you in shifting from feeling stuck and disconnected to finding fluidity and connecting to the life force within you. Once in alignment, it is easier to balance thoughts and feelings and to discover strategies for responding to life demands with daring and purpose.
We practice energy passes, participate in visualizations, dance forms, meditation, and self-reflection exercises to foster states of openness and receptivity. Group support and discussion on interesting themes and premises are the most precious parts of this program!
