Every Sunday we meet online to practice movement, breathing and mindfulness techniques to awaken body awareness and expand our perceptual possibilities, which all leads to enhanced health and wellbeing.
The practices energize the body and mind. They balance and integrate feelings and thoughts so you can create priorities and strategies for living with a sense of meaning and purpose.
We guide to shift your attention from your head – with its stressful and negative thoughts – to your heart and entire body, where love and calm reside. It’s a process that leads you to acknowledge beliefs that limit you and to create new ones that will support your visions and your personal growth.
Each class includes self-awareness exercises to explore inward, question limiting thoughts and create new understandings and habits. Group support is one the most precious part of this program!
