Live Online Class – PWH cycle 56
The Unknown: Who am I?
April 20 – June 22. Sundays 10:00 am Pacific Time.
For centuries, Mesoamerican shamanistic traditions have sought to answer these essential questions: Who am I? Where do I come from? How long do I have?
The Chacmool, as a deity in a human form, receives offerings from the divine on the bowl he holds in his belly. He also carries a large butterfly along his chest, expanding his heart center, and a band of stars on his forehead, using his prefrontal lobe for higher and abstract thoughts. The Chacmool is an invitation to see ourselves as vessels for higher purposes.
In these nine live online classes, we will reflect upon what we know about ourselves and what we don’t know and embrace what we may never know. I present specific sequences of breath, thinking, and movement intended to restore neurological balance and proprioception and enhance our ability to engage with the unknown with presence and daring wholeheartedness.
