“It’s five minutes to twelve,” Carlos Castaneda used to say to urge us to inhibit auto-pilot and wake up to the present moment. He invited us to stay calm and at the same time alert to face time as it advances towards us, not as receding away from us. “I am running out of time”, he said, to complete the work he was set to do before embarking in his definitive journey back to Infinity.

Castaneda embodied the principles of the ancient seers and invited us to see them as energetic facts: we are indeed beings in our way to dying and we nee dto make the best use of our time.

New: Requirement and privacy

Class recordings include the instruction for each class and the practices, but do not longer record participants’ feedback to preserve everyone’s privacy.
We required participants to be physical present with the camera on, in at least half of the classes per cycle to sustain high states of awareness and preserve the group energy and integrity.

We offer PRIVATE COACHING SESSIONS of 30 minutes after every class, to address and process individual needs and deepen knowledge and understanding of the themes presented in classes. Registration to this private session is separate from the registration to the general group class.
