Every Sunday we meet online to practice being present through movements, breathing and mindfulness techniques that awaken body awareness and expand perceptual possibilities.
The shamanistic practices support you in shifting from feeling stuck and disconnected to finding fluidity and connecting to the life force within you. Once in alignment, it is easier to balance thoughts and feelings and to discover strategies for responding to life demands with daring and purpose.
We utilize energy passes, music, imagery, dance forms, meditation, and self-reflection exercises to foster states of openness and receptivity. Group support and inspiration are the most precious part of this program!
