Every Sunday we meet online to practice being present through movements, breathing and mindfulness techniques that awaken body awareness and expand perceptual possibilities.
The shamanistic practices support you in shifting from feeling stuck and disconnected, to finding fluidity and connecting to the life force within you. Once in alignment, it is easier to balance thoughts and feelings and to discover strategies for responding to life demands with daring and purpose.
We utilize energy passes, music, imagery, dance forms, meditation and self-reflection exercises to foster states of openness and receptivity, to travel inside and get to know what your needs are, and how would you like to live your life.
The energy of a large group of practitioners focused on wellbeing, expansion and inner silence creates a unique atmosphere not found anywhere else. Group support and inspiration are the most precious part of this program!
