In our classes you learn to shift your attention from your head – with stressful and negative thoughts – to your heart, where love and calm reside. Through observation and differentiation, you can sustain new views and hold states of gratitude for all life experiences.  

 

Each class includes mindfulness exercises to question limiting thoughts and create new understandings and habits.

Longevity for your Body

May 30 – August 15

In twelve classes, you learn and practice moves and breaths to wake up mitochondrial functions and your body’s energy powerhouses.

 

Detox and rejuvenate your organs through visualization, intention and specific nutritional guidance. Learn about your biological age and how to influence it.

In these classes you will learn about:

- Practices to revitalize your muscle-skeletal system

- Guided visualizations to rejuvenate internal organs

- Nutritional guidance to detoxify and reset your body

- The secondary functions of the internal organs

- Tendon energy and how it flows through your body

- Exfoliation practices to rejuvenate your skin

- Researched anti-aging nutraceuticals

In each class, you learn to detoxify and rejuvenate one specific organ: the liver, gallbladder, spleen, kidneys, heart, lungs, small and large intestines, etc. You learn about the inherent intention and spirit of the organ and how it serves to the fulfillment of your mind-body and spirit.

You engage in breathing and cardiovascular exercises for the detoxification of the liver and pancreas, and to fortify your lungs and heart. You will be guided through imagery and visualizations for staying young and living longer. You will receive cutting-edge information about longevity and other knowledge systems.

Longevity for your Mind

September 5 – November 21

In these classes, you will engage in twelve recapitulation exercises to create new neuropathways that foster neuroplasticity for repair and renewal.

Your brain reshapes by how you use it. By engaging it in learning new movements and creating positive habits, you can sustain health and a state of youth. 

In these classes you will learn:

- The Code of the Seers sequence to revitalize your mind

- To suspend judgment to remain young

- To create new positive thoughts for mental vitality

- To take command of your feelings

- To release old blockages and patterns

- To update old beliefs about heath and aging

- To stay mentally young by challenging yourself

In each class you practice a specific unit of the Code of the Seers sequence to reorganize your mental flow and revamp your biology. Seers of ancient Mexico practiced this sequence to interrupt circular, repetitive thoughts and to promote new creative thoughts.

You will engage in developing focal attention and neuroplasticity, and learn to differentiate original thoughts from repetitive Inner dialogue and emotions from feelings. You will create a map to successfully disrupt routines, break the mind’s habituation and addictions, and promote the higher functions of your brain, all leading to a healthy, vital and young mind.

Longevity for your Spirit

December 5 – February 20, 2022

In these classes, you practice exercises to lengthen the fascia and stimulate states of deep calm and concentration, called dreaming awake


“How is your Spirit today?” Carlos Castaneda used to ask us. To take the time to acknowledge and accept our spiritual dimension is essential for our health and longevity.

In these classes you will learn:

- To observe your life from deep states of silence

- To practice exercises to enhance dreaming awake 

- To experience new neuro-skeletal alignment 

- To sustain states of deep calm and peace

- To rely on Spirit to release stress and aging

- To trust Spirit’s guidance for daily support

- To extend your Spirit across time

In each class you will be guided through a sequence of movements to open gates of dreaming through which Spirit can flow. This flow brings renewal and a sense of awe to our lives: the youth of the spirit. 

You will utilize meditation, gazing and other contemplative practices to slow down thought processing and access Spirit. Throughout the series, you keep a Spirit Log to frame to your unique relationship to Spirit, and to cultivate lightness, joy, awe and gratitude — the key ingredients to stay young at any age.

Each series includes

– Twelve live online 75 to 90 minutes webinars with international participants

 

 – Weekly assignments between webinars to review and expand on the material taught

 

 – Participation in the Private Email Group to communicate amongst participants and where we post assignments and offer feedback

 

– Participation in weekly online Witnessing Groups of 3 or 4 participants each

Each webinar includes

– 30’ of movement, breathe and mind-body practices standing, sitting or lying down

 

– 40’ of a PowerPoint presentation with guided self-awareness 

recapitulation exercises and assignments

 

– 20’ of sharing and feedback by Being Energy® founders.

Classes are conducted in English by Being Energy® founders, Dr. Miles Reid and Aerin Alexander. Selected guest presenters are invited at different times.
