Join our team of Being Energy® Teachers worldwide to learn easy-to-follow movement and breath sequences to revitalize your body, focus your mind, and gather your energy.  

Our third series of 18 classes focusses on “Dreaming”: practices that inspire deep breathing and calm states of body and mind. 

 

We will practice not-doing energy passes that entice the dreaming attention and balance the nervous system while awake and sleeping.

Description

Our state of mind is the product of our practice. Our mental, emotional, and physical health can improve with daily mindful breath and movement sequences meant to bring our attention back to our inner life.

The energy passes enhance balance and coordination, increasing breath capacity and range of motion.

Align your mind and body with the intention of experiencing groundedness, vitality, and inner peace.

Together let's deepen into inner silence and enhance our natural ability to create and dream.
Every Friday for 18 weeks, we will practice movements called “not-doing” to awaken specific energy centers in your body  and let your life force flow toward the places that needed the most. Most sequences are practiced sitting or lying down to rest usual habits and patterns of movements and engage new ways of moving and breathing from your core with ease and grace.  
 

 

WHAT TO BRING?

  • A comfortable mat or blanket that will allow you to move (not sticky mats) 
  • Pillows of different sizes (to support your head when resting on your back and side and for the pelvis when sitting) 
  • A large and a hand towel
