Fifteen years ago, we began an inward exploration of knowing ourselves from the inside out, dismantling habits, questioning fixed ideas, and differentiating the personal from our history. These practices have imbued us with something precious that we call awareness, the knowing of ourselves as more than our story and limiting habits. This new awareness works as wings that expand the chest and the breath, filling up empty spaces, healing scars, and generating wholeness within. We are beings of energy, vibratory electromagnetic waves, made of star dusts. All possibilities for growth and potential exist inside ourselves, and we can awaken them in the community, with friends and family, here, every Sunday, in Path with Heart.
