Through guided exercises, energy movements, and reflection, you’ll learn to “erase the personal” from your history, expand your possibilities for understanding past experiences, and cultivate presence in the here and now. By using Death as your Advisor, you update the narratives that limit your growth, think thoughts that dance in your head and heart, and embody the warrior’s mood of thankfulness and wonder.
