Description:
Dare to Love is a nine-class Path with Heart cycle dedicated to entering states of Dreaming—learning to sustain attention with fluidity, sobriety, and awe. The practices include Not-doing, as well as movement and breath sequences performed sitting or lying down, designed to restore balance and support the parasympathetic state of calm alertness.
This cycle is an invitation to dare to be fully alive; to dare to know yourself; to dare to be present and strong while facing what lies ahead—becoming the driver of your own life by engaging Dreaming states, both awake and asleep, in the service of awareness and awakening. Readings from The Sorcerers’ Crossing by Taisha Abelar and The Art of Dreamingby Carlos Castaneda will be woven throughout the classes.
